By accessing or using ORME ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ORME ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Service Description

ORME is an AI-powered platform that automates Instagram comment replies and Direct Message conversations. The Service connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account via the Meta (Facebook) Graph API and uses artificial intelligence to read, classify, and respond to comments and messages on your behalf. Features include automated comment replies, DM automation, keyword triggers, flow-based automation, subscriber management, and analytics.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have the authority to connect and manage the Instagram account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Platform Policy
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Distribute malicious, harmful, or deceptive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Exceed rate limits or use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Instagram and Meta Compliance

The Service interacts with Instagram through the Meta Graph API. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Changes to Meta's API, policies, or terms may affect the availability or functionality of our Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta or Instagram regarding your account.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate replies and messages. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not aligned with your expectations. You are ultimately responsible for all content posted through your Instagram account, including AI-generated replies. We recommend using supervised or draft mode for sensitive communications and regularly reviewing automated responses.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and AI models, is owned by ORME and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including brand voice configurations, knowledge base content, and automation rules. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORME, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Instagram account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
